Product Information

3. 90-Degree Discharge Tractor Wood Chipper

The 190mm Tractor PTO Wood Chipper with 90-Degree Discharge is designed for efficient wood waste processing and controlled chip discharge directly into trailers, trucks or designated collection areas. The specialised discharge system improves material handling efficiency and reduces the need for additional loading equipment.

This machine is ideal for tree contractors, municipalities, forestry operations, orchards, estates and agricultural businesses that require rapid processing and collection of wood chips. By directing chips accurately into transport vehicles, productivity is increased while site clean-up time is reduced.

Powered through the tractor PTO system, the machine handles branches and woody material up to 190mm in diameter and converts them into uniform wood chips suitable for landscaping, mulching, composting and biomass applications.

The 90-degree discharge configuration is particularly valuable where operators need to collect chips for transport, sale or further processing. It enables a cleaner worksite, more efficient material recovery and improved logistics for large-scale chipping operations.

Wood chips generated by the machine can be used as compost carbon material, landscaping mulch, biomass fuel, livestock bedding or soil improvement products.

Ritlee supplies professional PTO wood chippers throughout South Africa and neighbouring African countries, supporting agriculture, forestry and waste recycling industries.
